Amazing amenities and helpful staff. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and the beach. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast.

New Year's disappointment. The atmosphere was lacking in festive spirit and there were no special events or activities organized for guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Sunrise Palace for a week in Hoi An. From the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our trip special, to the amazing room and delicious food, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located and offers great facilities including pools, spacious rooms, and even bicycles for guests to explore the area sustainably. A special shoutout to Suly, the restaurant manager, for their exceptional help during an unfortunate hospital visit. I highly recommend this must-stay hotel for anyone visiting.

The air-conditioned rooms at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An are fantastic. They have everything you need, like a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The terrace in the spacious double room offers stunning lake views. I loved the private entrance and the separate bedroom in the suite. The tea and coffee maker was a nice touch. the rooms were comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the soundproof walls in the suite. While it might be a positive for some, I prefer a more open and lively ambiance.

The hotel's outdoor swimming pool was like a refreshing oasis in the scorching heat of Hoi An. It was so inviting and the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring the city.
